MILK LAKE CABIN RETREAT APPLICATION

To request a retreat cabin, please fill out the form and press submit. We will review the request and be in contact with you about your retreat. Once your retreat has been approved, a deposit will be requested to confirm your retreat.

Please note: The information on this document will only be available to Milk Lake leadership. It will be kept in confidence and will be deleted/destroyed following your retreat.

Scholarship Request?

Are you in need of the Scholarship Program? This program is to help those who need financial assistance to be able to attend a retreat. If you feel that you require the use of this program, please let us know a little bit of why this is needed and we can discuss. * The scholarship cannot pay the full costs of one's retreat but can help to offset the costs. We are happy to work with everyone on an individual basis and find a plan that can work for them!
