This is John Shaw and Jenna Young, caretakers for the Milk Lake Retreat Centre in Middlewood, Nova Scotia.

50% Off for All Retreats into June

We are extending the offer of 50% off for all retreats booked for the rest of May and June.  This brings the price per cabin to $30 a night!

  • This is for retreats that are scheduled within the month of June only.

  • If you would like to schedule a retreat for another time of year and would require a discount, please let us know and we can offer you our scholarship fund which is for this express purpose.

Those of all spiritual and wisdom lineages are welcome.  If you or someone you know wants to try a retreat for the first time, we’d happily work with them to make sure the first experience goes as smoothly as possible.  Thanks for your time and we hope to see you in the near future!

Availability

Milk Lake is open all year round and we are accepting retreats from all levels of students, young and old. We want to encourage everyone who has not already booked a retreat to plan for a visit this year.  The Milk Lake website’s cabin availability calendar has all the current retreat reservations and is a great spot to start looking for a cabin to fit your schedule.

  • Additionally, you can now access wi-fi from the practice room located inside the barn or if you’ve scheduled your retreat in the Buddhalocana cabin.  We’ve had many guests who’ve been able to attend online practices without issues!
