Milk Lake is open all year round and we are accepting retreats from all levels of students, young and old. We want to encourage everyone who has not already booked a retreat to plan for a visit this year.  The Milk Lake website’s cabin availability calendar has all the current retreat reservations and is a great spot to start looking for a cabin to fit your schedule.

Those of all spiritual, wisdom and contemplative lineages are welcome.  If you or someone you know wants to try a retreat for the first time, we’d happily work with them to make sure the first experience goes as smoothly as possible.  Thanks for your time and we hope to see you in the near future!

  • Additionally, you can now access wifi from the practice room located inside the barn or if you’ve scheduled your retreat in the Buddhalocana cabin.  We’ve had many guests who’ve been able to attend online practices without issues!

If you or someone you know is interested in a retreat, please feel free to reach out either by phone (902) 877 7976 or email at [email protected].  We’d be happy to answer any questions you may have!  To learn more about Milk Lake and our cabins, check out our website!

The best way to support Milk Lake is by booking a retreat.  To ensure that everyone has the opportunity to come stay and enjoy Milk Lake for their preferred dates, please schedule well in advance.

We wish you all the best and look forward to your next stay at Milk Lake!
